As part of our effort to demonstrate to both customers and suppliers that Semicon Power is a strong and well-established partner and company, we have changed our legal status from ApS to A/S.
Based on Semicon Power’s financial statements for 2022/2023, which demonstrated that Semicon Power is a healthy, well-managed, and growing company, the group of owners decided that the time had come to transition from a limited liability company to a corporation and thereby establish a functioning board of directors. We have initially welcomed Kim Hecht Petersen (investor and director at Soldana Emballage) and expect to strengthen the board with additional talented individuals in the near future.
The journey continues in 2023/2024, and we are looking ahead to a fiscal year in which we expect growth of at least 50%.
We also look forward to welcoming new partnerships, both as primary distributors and in more strategic contexts.
Semicon Power is looking forward to an exciting and interesting year, during which we will, among other things, be exhibiting at EL&TEKNIK 2024 in Odense.
